Recruitment
?End-to-end teacher recruitment process: job ads, CV screen, outreach, assessment, interview, recruitment
Standardize teacher hiring process + Mandarin proficiency checks
Assistant in Business Development
Run end-to-end franchise process: respond to franchisee / partner —> site assessment —> recruitment, training, and pre-opening checklist —> agreement —> opening
New-branch launch: timelines & progress tracking, staff hiring, marketing
Branch workshops: workshop calendar for all branches (activities for students)
Student performances: Partner with malls / schools for student performances 1-2 times a year
Work with our marketing team and review Mandarin language marketing contents
Delegate Teacher Quality Control
Ask Principal / Branch Manager to review Teacher KPI (monthly teacher scorecard)
Branch visit if needed only
Work with Principal / Branch manager to review teachers mistakes & possible improvement if needed
Qualification :
Bachelor in Chinese Language / Business Management
Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 6 )
Strong Indonesian & Mandarin communication (English is a plus)
Experienced in Management
Willing to travel occasionally
Substitute teaching occasionally
Under 35 Y.O
Working Hour
Monday to Thursday 12:45 to 20:30
?Friday 11:45 to 19:00
Saturday 08:45 to 15:00
Jakarta & Occasionally outside Jakarta
