Responsibilities:
Manages day to day operations of the office
Responsible in doing customer service and administrative support including other clerical/purchasing works such as data encoding, filing and documentation
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): MS Word, Excel; Office Administration
With good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-profile clients
Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday and extend working hours if necessary
Experience/knowledge in Purchasing works is a plus
