Group General Manager – Lifestyle & Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group General Manager to lead and oversee our growing Lifestyle & Hospitality portfolio, including Sports Center (Padel Club), Restaurant, Bar & Lounge businesses.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of multiple business units.

·         Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion initiatives.

·         Develop and execute strategic business plans, budgets, and operational objectives.

·         Ensure exceptional customer experience and service standards across all venues.

·         Oversee financial performance, cost control, and P&L management.

·         Lead and develop management teams to achieve business targets.

·         Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.

·         Minimum 10 years of managerial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

·         Proven experience managing multi-unit operations in Hospitality, F&B, Lifestyle, Sports, Entertainment, or related industries.

·         Strong leadership, business development, and financial management skills.

·         Hands-on experience in P&L management, budgeting, and operational excellence.

·         Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving abilities.

·         Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
