THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project/Junior BA Executive to support the coordination and execution of internal projects across departments. This role is well-suited for someone with experience in administrative operations or project support, especially in fast-paced environments.
You'll track timelines, follow up on tasks, coordinate across teams, and keep project activities moving smoothly. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Coordination & Follow-Up
Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, tasks, and dependencies across departments.
Track daily progress, flag delays or risks early, and ensure projects move forward without stalling.
Task Tracking & Workflow Support
Set up, maintain, and update project boards and task trackers in ClickUp.
Apply simple, practical Agile workflows — Kanban boards, checklists — to improve visibility, ownership, and accountability.
Communication & Meeting Support
Take meeting notes and prepare clear task summaries after every session.
Communicate decisions, action items, and next steps to all relevant stakeholders in a timely, structured manner.
Administrative & Coordination Support
Handle scheduling, file updates, and shared folder management.
Ensure project information is organized, up to date, and easily accessible at all times.
Process Improvement
Spot inefficiencies or gaps during day-to-day execution.
Suggest practical improvements to help teams work more effectively.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines independently.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
