About the role
As an R&D Specialist, you will play a key role in developing innovative products/services that align with market needs and support the company’s business strategy. You will conduct research, analyze industry trends, and test concepts and prototypes to deliver value-added solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, and monitor the latest technologies.
Develop concepts, formulas, or designs for new products.
Perform trials, testing, analysis, and evaluation of developed products/processes.
Prepare reports on research findings and provide development recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, quality, etc.) to implement new products/processes.
Ensure innovations comply with regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Research & Development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
