Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and capacity.
Monitor production performance, including cycle time, line balancing, output, and process stability.
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues while providing technical support to production teams.
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process standards.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, and OEE improvement.
Monitor production KPIs and prepare technical reports and improvement proposals.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and capacity planning.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, OEE, and quality improvement tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/MES systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work in Karawang.
