Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing
- At least 1 years of experience in training, education, or team development.
- Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
- Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and delivers training programs to help individuals and teams improve their accounting skills and knowledge.
- Create and lead training sessions on accounting principles, company-specific processes, and software tools.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by providing them with essential accounting training.
- Educate staff on internal controls, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Guide and mentor junior staff members to develop their accounting careers.
