Responsibilities:
1. Manage communications and build relationships with Instagram, tiktok, and Youtube KOLs for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions to increase awareness and drive sales.
2. Research and identify KOL and Affiliates across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
3. Implement KOL and Affiliates engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL and Affiliates in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
4. Efficiently manage collaboration budgets, responsible for collaboration exposure and conversion, ensuring optimal ROI.
5. Conduct timely post-collaboration data reviews and performance evaluations.
6. Regularly report work progress and outcomes to superiors, suggest improvements to enhance work efficiency, continuously iterate and optimize the SOP.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English as a working language.
2. Proficiency in data analysis.
3. Have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience managing KOLs and Affiliate.
4. Having good and extensive networking with KOLs and Affiliate.
5. Able to measure social media engagement.
6. Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
7. Creative and passionate in Digital Marketing.
8. Great interpersonal skills and time management skills.
