Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Associate – Pricing & Commercial Operations to support pricing, quotations, commercial documentation, vendor coordination, and project estimation for CargoWise implementation and integration projects.
The selected candidate will work closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Project Management teams to understand customer requirements, prepare accurate commercial proposals, support Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management activities, and maintain structured pricing and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, RFPs, Statements of Work, and project scope documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations for CargoWise implementation and integration projects.
- Support pricing activities for logistics technology, ERP consulting, and implementation services.
- Review project requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate estimates.
- Work closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Project Management teams.
- Support proposal preparation, pricing validation, commercial documentation, and internal approvals.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, implementation partners, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Support Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management activities.
- Assist with Salesforce CPQ or commercial workflow requirements when required.
- Maintain pricing repositories, rate sheets, commercial templates, and proposal records.
- Maintain project estimates, quotation histories, commercial assumptions, and supporting documentation.
- Track customer pricing requests, proposal status, approvals, and pending actions.
- Support commercial analysis, margin review, and pricing comparisons where required.
- Ensure quotations and commercial documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure pricing reflects implementation effort, scope, and resource requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in RFPs, SOWs, and commercial requests.
- Support process improvements in pricing, quotation management, and commercial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling pricing, customer, vendor, and commercial information.
- Perform any other pricing, commercial operations, sales support, or project coordination duties assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, ERP consulting, commercial operations, pricing, or sales support.
- Exposure to CargoWise will be a strong advantage.
- Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management, Salesforce CPQ, or similar commercial systems will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of freight forwarding, logistics operations, supply chain processes, or ERP implementation environments.
- Ability to understand RFPs, SOWs, customer requirements, and project scope documents.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Good numerical ability with attention to pricing accuracy and documentation quality.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Project Management, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate commercial support.
