About the Role :
The TikTok Live Stream Specialist is responsible for conducting live streaming activities on Leo Giovanni’s TikTok account to achieve book sales and GMV targets for PT Wagmi Kreatif Indonesia.
The main role of a TikTok Live Stream Specialist is to present books clearly, engage with viewers, encourage purchases, and evaluate live performance to improve sales results.
Key Responsibility :
1. Live Stream Execution: Conduct TikTok LIVE sessions according to the approved schedule and brand guidelines.
2. GMV Achievement: Achieve daily and monthly GMV targets through effective live selling strategies.
3. Book Presentation: Explain the topic, benefits, target readers, price, and promotion of each book clearly.
4. Audience Engagement: Respond to viewer questions, maintain interaction, and encourage viewers to complete purchases.
5. Live Preparation: Prepare product knowledge, promotional information, vouchers, stock, and live equipment before each session.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor GMV, orders, conversion rate, product clicks, and live hours, then provide regular performance reports.
Required Skill and Competencies :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a TikTok Live Host, Live Streamer, Live Commerce Specialist, Sales, or in a related position.
- Experienced in using TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, or live commerce platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills.
- Confident in front of the camera.
- Able to understand and explain book content clearly.
- Target-oriented and able to work based on GMV targets.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or basic reporting tools.
