Overview of the position

To operate and monitor production machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring production targets, product quality, and operational standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.

• Ensure products meet quality and productivity standards.

• Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.

• Report machine malfunctions, quality issues, and safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Keep the work area clean and comply with all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field, SMK graduates with 3–5 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply .

• Experience in manufacturing, processing, or production operations is preferred.

• Familiar with machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Understanding of quality standards and workplace safety (HSE).

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team.

• Willing to work shifts as required.
