Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in manufacture industry
Have experience in handling recruitment up to supervisory level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Open to a 6-months contract employment
Willing to be placed at Thamrin, Central Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and craft compelling job postings to attract the right candidates
Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the role and are a good fit for the company culture
Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company's ongoing hiring needs.
Continuously monitor and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide regular updates and reporting on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.
