Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, conducting client visits, preparing quotations, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct field visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and activity updates.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
