🚀 We're Hiring: B2B Sales Professionals (Multiple Roles) – TDCX
Hi everyone — Right now, we’re growing across several projects and are on the lookout for strong B2B sales talent to join us.
If you’ve worked in business-to-business sales and understand how to engage enterprise or corporate clients, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re open to people across different parts of the sales cycle — whether you’re more of a hunter, closer, or relationship builder, there’s something here for you. This includes:
Lead generation / prospecting
Business development (first touch, outreach)
Sales presentations / pitching
Account management / Customer success / post-sales engagement
What we’re really looking for:
1–2 years (minimum) of B2B sales experience
Experience dealing with enterprise / MNC / large corporate clients is a strong advantage
Good communication skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders
Familiarity with the end-to-end sales cycle, or a strong specialization in one area
Role Setup & Working Arrangement
Work arrangement: Fully work-from-office.
Location: KL Sentral area — TDCX has multiple offices here, and you’ll be based in one of them.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work nature: Primarily client engagement is mostly done via calls, Microsoft Teams, emails, and virtual meetings. Field sales not required.
