Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly digital marketing and social media content strategies.
Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to create engaging content.
Write compelling copy and develop creative briefs for designers and content creators.
Manage social media channels by engaging with the community and maintaining brand reputation.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data.
Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate influencer, media, and brand collaboration activities.
Optimize website content through SEO/SEM and improve search visibility.
Execute email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
Manage website content (WordPress/Shopify/Webflow) and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Track key marketing metrics, optimize conversions, and maximize campaign ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools is a plus.
Creative, analytical, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
