About the role

SJ CLASSIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets whilst representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Key responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base

2. Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

4. Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

5. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis

6. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to track progress, address concerns and close sales

7. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities and pipeline management using company systems

8. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products or services

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to remain competitive

10. Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer needs to support continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working in a sales role, preferably as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales objectives

4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications

6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

7. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

8. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the Johor Bahru area as required

9. Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous

10. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred
