The Inventory/Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing inventory management, stock control, and shipping operations to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely, cost-effective order fulfillment. This role ensures that goods are received, stored, and distributed efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and update inventory records daily.
- Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Generate inventory and shipment reports.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
