Head of IT PMO - AI Integration

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as IT PMO – AI Integration. The IT PMO – AI Integration is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving enterprise-wide AI initiatives across multiple business units. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and AI specialists to ensure AI projects are aligned with business objectives, delivered on schedule, and generate measurable business value. The role also establishes AI governance, project management standards, and adoption strategies to accelerate digital transformation across the organization.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.

2.     5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology.

3.     Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-wide technology projects.

4.     Experience implementing AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Analytics solutions is highly preferred.

5.     Experience working across multiple business units or large organizations is an advantage.

Job Description:

1.     Lead enterprise-wide AI integration initiatives across multiple business pillars.

2.     Design and manage AI competitions and innovation challenges across business pillars to encourage AI adoption.

3.     Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.

4.     Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage AI project portfolios, including planning, budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

5.     Establish AI governance frameworks, project management standards, and best practices for enterprise AI initiatives.

6.     Drive AI adoption through change management, user training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

7.     Monitor project performance, track KPIs and ROI, and provide strategic updates to senior management.

8.     Evaluate emerging AI technologies, oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs), and recommend scalable AI solutions that create business value.

9.     Ensure AI initiatives comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI standards.

10.  Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and digital innovation.
