1. Cleaning, Hygiene & Pest Control Management
Manage daily cleaning, sanitation operations and maintain cleaning standard across multiple facilities include apartment, villas, public & retail area, ferry terminal and whole Opus Bay development
Develop, implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) across estate operation
Coordinate the scheduling of domestic waste collection and disposal across development including hazardous waste
Manage the inventory and restocking of hand sanitizers, soaps, and paper products at all public touchpoints, toilet, retail area & ferry terminal.
Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning, including facade cleaning, floor polishing, Lift & Elevator, pavement pressure washing, etc.
Plan and monitor routine fogging, rodent baiting, and insect control schedules for kitchen, public transport building, retail area & outdoor area.
2. Inventory Control
Manage storage, track the stock, usage, expire date and procurement of general service consumables, cleaning chemicals, and tools
Update inventory level & perform regular stock inventory
3. Vendor & Contract Management
Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced soft-service providers, such as pest control, hygiene provision, etc based on service level agreement
Sourcing, negotiation and prepare tender administration
Maintain detailed records of vendor contracts, compliance documents and performance
4. Team Communication, HSE & Administration
Conduct comprehensive, regular inspections of all designated indoor and outdoor areas to ensure cleanliness adherence to health and safety standards and proactively report any technical defects or maintenance needs to the technical team.
Conduct internal training and provide daily guidance to cleaning staff regarding proper cleaning procedures, chemical safety, mechanical equipment, safety protocols, and company service standards.
Prepare, update, and maintain administrative reports on staff attendance, contractor performance evaluations, completed cleaning checklists.
