About the role
Arkademi' is seeking at least 1 year experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, Administration and guidance to our organisation. Based in our South Jakarta office, this position will play a vital part in ensuring our HR processes and practices are aligned with our business needs and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support our business objectives
Advise managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR priorities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in an EdTech company or a generalist HR environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to identify as well as resolve HR-related issues effectively.
Proficient in using HR software and other HR-related tools.
Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Tebet, South Jakarta.
