Job Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and current social media trends.
Plan and manage content calendars, storyboards, production schedules, and shooting preparations.
Produce engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, branding, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Execute end-to-end content production, including photography, videography, filming, editing, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual content.
Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and production tools to ensure high-quality content output.
Utilize AI-powered tools to support content ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure all creative deliverables are consistent with brand guidelines, delivered on time, and optimized for digital platforms.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in creative production, content creation, multimedia, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative software.
Experienced in end-to-end content production, from ideation and storyboarding to filming, photography, editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
Able to operate mirrorless cameras and basic lighting equipment for photo and video production.
Strong understanding of social media trends, digital content strategies, and platform best practices.
Familiar with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or similar) to support creative workflows.
Creative, proactive, communicative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and execute ideas effectively. Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
