Key responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities
Oversee the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship and performance management to ensure operational excellence
Manage brand positioning, messaging and identity to ensure consistency and coherence across all organisational communications
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights to identify strategic opportunities and inform marketing decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and communications to ensure integrated business approaches
Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics and deliver return on investment reporting to senior management
Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, agencies and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand guidelines and industry regulations in all marketing activities
What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing and brand management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management position
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have delivered measurable business results
Strong knowledge of brand management principles, marketing communications and integrated marketing approaches
Demonstrated experience in leading, developing and motivating marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media marketing and modern marketing technologies and analytics platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies to senior stakeholders
Experience in budget management, financial planning and demonstrating clear return on investment for marketing initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline
Fluency in both English and Indonesian is highly desirable
