General Purpose of the Job
This position will manage a team to develop marketing strategies and lead the execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and drive patient admissions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the development of all marketing plans
Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies
Digital Marketing – Lead our social media strategy and execution and managing/updating our corporate website
Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities results and effectiveness
Developing our corporate brand identity in consultation with the leadership team
Collaborating with various departments (eg. Operation, People Service and Clinical team) to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies
Partnering with Operation team and CRMs to drive new patient admission
Organize and implement marketing campaigns and events
Market analysis – Monitor relevant company, competitor, and industry
Responsible for synthesizing relevant data to analyse and translate into marketing plan
Conduct annual patient satisfaction survey
Engagement with sponsors/funders on new panelship
External Stakeholder engagement – Define and execute a plan to engage with key government, industry, and community stakeholders to help achieve our long-term objectives
Lead internal and external communications/announcement, materials, and graphic design in partnership with colleagues across other functions
Lead and organize employee engagement activities
Taking lead in organizing and participating in industry events
Oversee and supervise the team on selected employee engagement activities and internal events
Represent DaVita Malaysia at monthly meetings with the International teammates
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ensure adherence to timelines and quality guidelines in all activities
Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Master Degree or MBA would be an added advantage
Min 5-7 years of marketing experience
Min 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role
Familiarity with various aspects of traditional and digital marketing
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives both internally and externally
Proven track record in developing, planning, and managing marketing program
