What You Will Do
- Assist Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product/service information via phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Solve: Troubleshoot basic account issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions with patience and empathy.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log customer details and interaction notes into the company database.
