Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for multiple accounts based in Santa Cruz, Manila Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
• Assist customers with account, billing, order, or service-related concerns
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 6 months to 3 years of voice BPO experience (depending on account)
• Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Santa Cruz Manila.
• Must be available to start on the assigned start dates
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
