Videographer Staff

Bali Management Villas is looking for a creative and motivated Videographer to join our dynamic team and create engaging visual content that showcases our luxury villas, hospitality services, and brand identity.

Basic Salary: IDR 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 per month

About the Role

As a Videographer, you will support the production of high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will capture, edit, and produce engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence and showcases our luxury villa experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing videos for villas, events, and promotional campaigns.

• Create engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital marketing channels.

• Capture high-quality footage of villas, facilities, guest experiences, and company activities.

• Perform basic video editing, including color correction, audio enhancement, and formatting for different platforms.

• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.

• Assist in setting up and operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video production techniques, and creative content ideas.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, content creation, or a related field.

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.

• Basic understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, storytelling, and cinematography.

• Experienced in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and basic production equipment.

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social media platforms is an advantage.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

• Willing to work on-site and travel between villa locations when required.

• Basic English communication skills are an advantage
