The Project Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of all store development and renovation projects, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved design, quality, and safety standards.
This role acts as the primary site representative, coordinating contractors, suppliers, landlords, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the construction process. The Project Supervisor ensures that the approved design intent is accurately executed while proactively identifying and resolving on-site issues.
The role covers both retail stores and café/F&B concept.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years' experience in retail, commercial, or F&B fit-out projects.
Experience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders.
Able to read construction drawings and shop drawings.
Good knowledge of interior construction and fit-out works.
Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
