Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend systems.

This role is suitable for someone who can work across the full product development flow, from user-facing interfaces to server-side logic, APIs, databases, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should have solid frontend and backend development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Experience with DevOps, deployment, cloud services, or infrastructure workflows is a strong plus.

Candidates who are proficient in using AI tools to improve development efficiency while still understanding underlying system logic and architecture are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend applications.

• Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, databases, and server-side application logic.

• Integrate third-party services and internal platform services when required.

• Collaborate with product, design, backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to deliver complete features.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.

• Write clean, readable, tested, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.

• Support testing, deployment planning, documentation, and production issue resolution when needed.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant development experience, with proven experience in different projects.

• Comfortable with a remote and on-call work culture.

• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.

• Experience building backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, and server-side application logic.

• Familiar with REST / GraphQL APIs, Git, GitHub workflows, and modern development practices.

• Basic understanding of Web3 concepts, wallets, smart contract interaction, blockchain RPCs, or dApp integration patterns.

• Able to understand product requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, ownership, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, Linux servers, Nginx, cloud services, or deployment workflows.

• Experience with Go, Python, Node.js, or other backend technologies.

• Experience building scalable or high-traffic systems.

• Experience with AI tools to improve development, debugging, documentation, or workflow efficiency.

• Good UI/UX sense and ability to work closely with designers to improve product quality.

• Experience working in startup environments with fast-moving product teams and evolving requirements.
