What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Physical Therapist | Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Treat musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neuromuscular conditions to improve function and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness.
• Support patients in restoring mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Patient Education & Support

• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
• Provide home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Encourage patient engagement and adherence to rehabilitation plans

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary

Compliance & Quality Care

• Adhere to clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and professional standards
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical practice
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive clinic environment

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Valid PRC License as a Physical Therapist

Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

Preferred

At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings

Experience handling musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, or sports-related cases

Fresh board passers with strong potential are encouraged to apply

Branch Assignment: Alabang (subject to operational requirements)

Schedule: Onsite; clinic operating hours (may include weekends and rotating shifts)
