Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage and/or having extensive professional networks in the customs field
Must hold a valid Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan / PPJK Certification (mandatory, for now person who doesn't have the certificate will not be considered)
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory), Mandarin is a plus
Former Customs Officer is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS Code classification, and customs clearance procedures (import & export)
Experienced in handling customs issues and coordination with related authorities
Responsibilities:
Handle import and export customs clearance processes
Perform accurate HS Code classification and ensure regulatory compliance
Liaise with Customs authorities, shipping lines, and other related parties
Provide solutions for customs-related issues and documentation discrepancies
Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant clearance operations
