Junior Paraplanner (English Speaker, Full Remote)

PT AMI Financial Solutions is a registered PMA company based in Bali, Indonesia. We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients — an Australian financial planning firm providing services to Australian retail and business clients. We are seeking candidates with strong knowledge of the Australian financial system, ideally with experience in financial planning and the preparation of Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian financial products, compliance requirements, and advisory processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Paraplanner. The Junior Paraplanner will be responsible for assisting with financial planning process, conducting investment analysis, and writing reports (e.g. Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA)). They will utilize their analytical skills to evaluate financial data and other information and collaborate with Financial Adviser and the supporting team to develop comprehensive financial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field

• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking, this is mandatory as all the work will be done in English)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated, curious, responsible and trustworthy

• Experience in finance-related tasks, financial analysis and report writing

• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial data

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies is preferred

• Having previous exposure to Australia's superannuation, pension scheme and insurance system is preferred

Job setting & additional support

• This position offers full-time remote work, requiring you to work comfortably from any location while maintaining a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.

• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 17.00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Certain aspects of the role may require alignment with Australian providers’ business hours.

• Kindly be aware that visa assistance is not available for this role. Candidates must have the legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
