Security Manager

FINNS Beach Club is seeking a high-caliber Security Manager to lead daily asset protection, crowd control, and safety operations at our venue. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role demanding sharp situational awareness, elite crisis resolution, and the ability to maintain a safe, premium atmosphere during peak, high-volume events.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring security systems such as alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control systems to ensure they are working properly.

• Conducting background checks on new employees and terminating employees who no longer meet company standards.

• Training staff in security awareness measures such as how to respond to an active shooter situation or bomb threat.

• Coordinating with other departments to identify potential threats and implement solutions.

• Establishing and enforcing security protocols to prevent crime on company property, including hiring security guards and monitoring employee behavior.

• Reviewing physical security measures such as locks, gates, fences, and lighting to ensure they are adequate.

• Developing security plans for major events such as concerts or conventions.

• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in the workplace, and developing security measures to mitigate them.

• Ensuring that security personnel are trained in all relevant areas of their jobs, including fire safety and emergency response protocols.

• Provide Security Director with complete report about security and hazard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security management experience in high-volume, premium hospitality environments.

• Relevant certifications such as Gada Utama Certification, crowd control, risk assessment, and first aid/CPR.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred to manage both international guests and local team coordination.

• Proven track record of handling high-stress incidents, physical altercations, medical emergencies, and large crowd dynamics calmly and legally.

• Strong skills in incident documentation, investigating compliance breaches, and managing CCTV/surveillance audits.

• Exceptional situational awareness to spot potential risks, bottlenecks, or safety hazards in real-time before they escalate.
