Maintenance Planner Palm Oil Mill

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Planner for our Palm Oil Mill to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning and scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and compliance with industry standards.

Job Description:

1. Assist the Maintenance superintendent in the areas of focused planning processes, preventive maintenance, and repair plans to ensure smooth operations.

2. Calculate and prepare spare parts requirements following operational demands.

3. Ensure spare parts are consistently available.

4. Develop Preventive Workshop plans and Repair Plans, ensuring timely execution of planned and unplanned (Urgent) tasks that could potentially hinder operations.

5. Monitor and ensure the smooth input process of Material Request Forms (MRF) into the EAM System until the issuance of IPR numbers and processing.

6. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and facilitate effective communication such as with the Procurement team for job estimates and the realization of spare part deliveries in alignment with orders, collaborate with the Warehouse team for spare part unit shipments, providing and attaching damage tagging to the spare parts to be sent.

7. Attend and schedule meetings as needed.

8. Ensure all activities are completed on time according to the plan.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with MRP systems and planning tools.

2. Understanding of process and workshop requirement specifications.

3. Knowledge of Bill of Materials.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.

5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning within the palm oil industry or related fields.

6. Minimum DIII Engineering education, preferably in S1 Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Administration or related field.
