Description
- Maintain and manage the functionality of property facilities and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure all equipment is operational.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and improvements.
- Assist in budget management and cost estimation for maintenance projects.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to property maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team and assist senior engineers
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Office and field environment, requiring some physical activity
