Front Desk Officer
Job Description
As the Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and business partners. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of Jakarta Academics.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor records.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to support daily school operations.
- Provide accurate information regarding school programs, events, and general inquiries.
- Support student enrollment activities by directing prospective parents to the appropriate department.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling student, parent, and company information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
