General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Experience in the same Hospitality or Food Service Industry
- Detail oriented
- With initiative, HR driven, highly flexible
- High literacy in computer ; MS Word, Excel, Power point, Google Sheet, others
Key role:
- End -to- end Recruitment , onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records / database, support to admin & clerical works
- Knowledgeable in Government Mandatory Benefits and processing
- Labor / Dole compliance
