Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts, themes, and layouts aligned with client goals.
Design event visuals: stages, backdrops, booths, signage, props, and 3D renderings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
Translate briefs into engaging designs for both digital and physical spaces.
Present mood boards and concepts to stakeholders.
Stay updated on design trends and event technologies.
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event design or related industries.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar).
Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant event or spatial design work is required.
