Answering phone calls in a nice and helpful way
Explaining our products using plain, simple language
Helping customers fix their issues
Assisting customers with account updates
Writing down notes about each call
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
