Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop sales strategies to grow existing customer accounts and acquire new enterprise clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (C-Level, Directors, Business Heads, IT Leaders).
Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, solution selling, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
Identify customer business challenges and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver appropriate technology solutions.
Manage strategic accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and provide accurate reporting to management.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure successful project execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales KPIs, revenue targets, and profitability objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B technology sales or enterprise solution sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales or account management team.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience managing enterprise accounts and handling complex sales cycles.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic account plans.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
Willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
