About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team at PT Global Alkes Nusantara. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the medical equipment and healthcare sector. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets whilst representing the company's values of quality and reliability.
Key responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical equipment sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, account reviews, and responsive customer service
Present and demonstrate medical equipment and healthcare solutions to potential clients, explaining features, benefits, and applications
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the company's customer relationship management system
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and competitive activity
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and enhance company visibility
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales role, preferably in the medical equipment, having sales experience in field of cardiovascular, urology, neurology and general surgery
Strong understanding of the medical equipment landscape, products, and client needs
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements
Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are an advantage
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations within the Jakarta area and surrounding regions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
