Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Conduct end-to-end candidate assessments.
Utilize psychological assessment tools for external candidate selection and internal promotion processes.
Conduct psychological testing (both classical/group and individual) and perform scoring and interpretation of test results.
Handle Talent Acquisition & Assessment administration.
Maintain and manage recruitment databases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Experience recruiting for Staff to Managerial level positions is preferred.
Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable working with HR systems or HRIS platforms.
Tech-savvy and interested in exploring HR technology or digital HR solutions.
Experienced in HR system implementation, HRIS/HRMS development projects, or collaboration with IT teams is a plus.
Good understanding of interview techniques.
Able to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
Willing to work full Work From Office (Monday–Friday).
