Leadership

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Management.

• At least 3 years of work experience in training.

• Core competencies and skills in: Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Customer Service Orientation, Safety and Environment, Cultural Sensitivity, and Team Leadership.

• Good human relations and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in the Indonesian and English language, both written and oral.

• Teaching qualification.

• Computer literacy.

Mobile Equipment

• Graduated minimum SMK/SMU or with 10 years or minimum D3 degree with 5 years’ work experience in operating heavy equipment.

• Preferably candidates with training and assessment facilitation experienced

• Preferably candidate with formal workplace training and assessment qualifications

• Experienced in training and assessment material development.

• Proficiency using MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Having experienced working in culturally diversity.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Highly proactive and achievement oriented.

• Ability to work in a team

• Minimum English beginner level for both writing and speaking.

Welding

• Graduated D3 degree in mechanical engineering major*)

• Possess 6G SMAW Certification and experience as welders for 5 years.

• Possess Welding Inspector (WI) Certification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point)

• Minimum English beginner level for both writing and speaking.

• Preferably candidate who possess training methodology certification or teaching experience.

• Preferably candidate who possess GTAW Certification or combination GTAW-SMAW.

• Preferably candidate who possess GMAW-FCAW Certification.

• Preferably candidate who possess Ultrasonic Test (UT), Magnetic Test (MT) and Penetrant Test (PT) Level 2 certification.

*) Minimum 10 years’ experience non-graduated (high school).

Mechanics

• D3/S1/D4 (Diploma3/Bachelor/Diploma4 major in Mechanical Engineering) with minimum experiences 5– 10 years as a Mechanic Heavy Equipment or relevant experiences.

• Experienced as instructor preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent in English both oral and Written

• Able to work in team

• Self-motivated and creative

• Good in Presentation and Communication Skill

Lifting Equipment

• Graduated D3 degree in an engineering major*)

• Experience in operating slewing/non-slewing Crane with 50 T capacity or more for 5 years.

• Experience in operating Overhead Crane for 5 years.

• Possess SIO for Mobile Crane.

• Has completed certification or training related to rigging.

• Preferably candidate who possess training methodology certification or teaching experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point)

• Minimum English beginner level for both writing and speaking.

*) Minimum 10 years’ experience for non-graduated (high school).

Electrician

1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3 years of working experience or Diploma 3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5 years of working experience in the related field

2. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power, control and protection equipment, all applicable codes and standards such as IEEE, NEC and PUIL.

3. Comprehensive knowledge related to power distribution, engine's electronic control unit, measuring instruments is preferably

4. Experience in engineering software coupled with PLC programming

5. Preferably candidate who has teaching experience (TAA/TAE)

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point)

7. Good communication skill in both Indonesian and English

8. Able to work independently and also in a teamwork

9. Fast learner, proactive, good analytical thinking and self-driven
