Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone, chat, or email in a professional and friendly manner.

- Resolve customer concerns by identifying the best possible solution.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate (account qualifications may vary).
- With or without BPO/customer service experience.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for Work From Home positions.
