• Evaluate clients' fitness levels, health conditions, and goals to create tailored workout plans. This includes conducting initial fitness assessments and regular progress evaluations.
• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and routines, providing hands-on support and guidance throughout their workouts.
• Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness routines and achieve their goals. This involves providing positive reinforcement and support.
• Track clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed. This includes keeping detailed records of workouts, progress, and any changes in clients' fitness levels.
• Provide information on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness to support clients' fitness journeys. This includes offering advice on healthy eating habits and the importance of rest and recovery.
• Ensure that clients perform exercises safely to prevent injuries and promote long-term health. This includes providing modifications for clients with physical limitations or injuries.
• Develop and implement personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs and goals. This includes creating varied and progressive workout routines to keep clients engaged and challenged.
• Actively promote and sell personal training packages, products, and other FLEX GYM services while exceeding sales targets.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition.
