PT. Jalan Jalan Tours and Travel is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tebet, Jakarta. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience through various digital communication channels. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Residing in Jakarta.
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
TOEFL score of 400–450 is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers professionally and empathetically.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and issues via various communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
Provide customers with clear and accurate information, assist them in resolving issues, and help them understand the company's products and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver high-quality customer service.
Capable of conducting presentations, following up with customers, and handling negotiations or business dealings.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers throughout every interaction.
