Responsibility
• Handle Office Reception counter included phone calls, email, mail & courier service, attend visitors, arrange meeting rooms etc.
• General administrative duties to support our daily operation in construction activities.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
• Proficient in English.
• Good communication skill
• Diploma and above
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words
• Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
• Working location: Jurong West
• Fast paced working environment
