Join our team in a critical role that integrates project management expertise with a focus on Supply Chain and Customer Experience initiatives. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your mission is to drive project success through proactive communication, status tracking, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives in the Supply Chain and Customer Experience domains.
  - Proactively communicate with teams to demand status updates, track progress, and identify potential risks or issues early in the project lifecycle.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
  - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  - Facilitate regular project meetings and workshops to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure team engagement.
  - Document project processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and compliance with organizational standards.
  - Coach and mentor team members on project management best practices and support their professional development.

Requirements for this Position:

• Fluent communication in English to effectively engage with development teams and business stakeholders.
  - Proven experience in project management within the IT space.
  - Strong ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders across various projects.
  - Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
  - Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  - A proactive mindset with the capability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and drive project completion.
  - Familiarity with project management tools and software that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.

Stand-out Requirements:

You will be one step ahead if you have;

• Previous experience managing IT projects within the Supply Chain and Customer Experience sectors.
  - Understanding of technologies and tools that support supply chain optimization and enhance customer experiences, such as ERPs.
  - Experience working in environments with fast-paced project demands and multiple teams or departments.
