Job Summary

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our Indonesia manufacturing business. This position is responsible for managing full-set accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination, and internal control implementation. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing costing, bill of materials (BOM) management, and finance process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys building processes, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the growth of a global medical device company.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts of [OrbusNeich Entity], including inputting and maintaining accounting entries in the accounting system, preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliation, handling invoices and payments and prepare monthly financial reports;

  • Establish and implement finance-related internal controls in alignment with OrbusNeich Group’s operations and standard operating procedures

  • Work closely with production team to support the setup and maintenance of bill of materials (BOM) and related costing processes

  • Liaise with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filing;

  • Handle year-end statutory audit;

  • Assist in year-end audit for group consolidation;

  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, hands on experience in setting up account process/system for a startup and ERP implementation, particularly Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;

  • MNC and/or audit experience is preferred;

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;

  • Self-driven, hands-on, with the ability to work well under pressure;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
