We're looking for an Assessment Center Host to guide virtual assessment sessions, ensure participants stay on track, and help create a seamless assessment experience from start to finish.

What you'll do

• Host and facilitate virtual assessment sessions according to established procedures.

• Deliver instructions clearly and ensure participants understand each stage of the assessment process.

• Monitor session flow and maintain a professional, orderly, and timely environment.

• Respond to participant questions related to procedures and handle basic technical issues.

• Coordinate with assessors and operational teams to ensure smooth assessment delivery.

• Record important session notes and report any issues that arise during the assessment.

• Support Assessment Center administrative tasks when hosting activities are not scheduled.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience as an MC, Host, Event Organizer, or similar role.

• General understanding of assessment or testing processes.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking in front of groups.

• Basic English proficiency is a plus.
