We are looking for a Partnership Manager — someone who will help us build strong long-term partnerships, discover new collaboration opportunities, and turn our partnership channel into a sustainable source of business growth.

This role is for someone who enjoys communication, knows how to create win-win relationships, and is ready to take ownership of the whole partnership journey: from the first conversation with a potential partner to successful collaborations and new business opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Search for and attract new partners, conduct introduction calls, identify collaboration opportunities, and launch new partnerships;

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners through regular communication and joint activities;

  • Own the partner roadmap: define next steps, manage follow-ups, prioritize actions, and move partnerships forward;

  • Manage partnership processes in CRM: update partner information, document agreements, create tasks, and track deadlines;

  • Coordinate lead exchange between Eleken and partners, monitor lead statuses, and support pipeline progress;

  • Collaborate with sales, account, and design teams to turn partnership opportunities into business results;

  • Analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and suggest new ideas to improve the channel;

  • Prepare regular reports and conduct partnership reviews;

  • Participate in industry events, expand your professional network, and find new opportunities for collaboration;

  • Support operational partnership processes, including partner documentation, payment coordination, and internal reporting.

Requirements

What we expect:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Partnership Manager / Business Development Manager / Account Manager or in a similar role (Project Manager / Community Manager / HR or another communication-focused role);

  • Experience managing multiple relationships simultaneously (around 30+ clients, partners, or companies);

  • Understanding of the IT industry, digital products, digital marketing basics, and B2B communication;

  • Ability to build long-term relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities;

  • Experience or willingness to work with cold outreach and partner acquisition;

  • Structured approach to work: CRM management, tasks, deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups;

  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, ownership, and result-oriented approach;

  • Ability to manage multiple processes, analyze large amounts of information, and make data-driven decisions;

  • Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
